FNA operates this website. For questions about your data, or to use your rights, email dpo@fna.fi.
What this site collects
This site has no accounts and no sign-in. It sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking scripts.
The AI Sandbox page has a request form. The form sends nothing to FNA. When you submit it, your browser opens your own email app with a message to FNA that you can edit before you send it. The site does not store what you enter.
The calculator runs in your browser. The figures you enter stay in the page address on your device. We do not receive them.
Amazon Web Services delivers the pages for FNA and processes your IP address to do so.
If you email us
To ask for AI Sandbox access, an evidence pilot or information, you email FNA, with or without the request form. We use what you send, such as your name, organisation, work email, role and what you want to test, to reply to you and to decide whether to invite you.
Our basis is FNA's legitimate interest in answering requests about Sampo and managing who can use it. We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not sell it.
We keep your request until we decide it, and for 12 months after that. We then delete it, unless we are working with you.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, or to receive it in a portable form. Email dpo@fna.fi. You can also complain to the data protection authority where you live; in the United Kingdom, that is the Information Commissioner's Office.
Changes
We will post any change to this notice on this page, with its date. When the AI Sandbox opens with sign-in, this notice will cover what it collects.
